1 1/2 lbs hamburger(NE beef, of course)
1 med. onion
1 pkg taco seasoning
8 med. flour tortilla shells
3 c. shredded cheddar cheese
3 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
5 T. butter
5 T. flour
1 1/2 c. water
1 c. sour cream
1 can chopped green chilies

Directions:
Brown ground beef and onion. Use taco seasoning mix according to pkg directions. Place ground beef mixture in flour shells and sprinkle with cheese.
In a saucepan, add bouillon, butter, flour, and water. Cook until thick. Remove from heat and add sour cream and green chilies. Place a couple of spoonfuls of sauce in bottom of 9 x 13 greased baking dish. Place filled shells seam side down. Pour remaining sauce over shells and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350º until hot and bubbly, approx. 20 min.

You can make ahead and refrigerate or freeze. Cooking time will be longer if cold. Defrost before cooking
