4 Tomatoes, peeled and chopped
1 Garlic Clove, mashed
1 lg. Cucumber, chopped
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 md. Onion, chopped
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 Green Pepper, chopped
Dash of Tabasco Sauce
1 qt. Tomato Juice
c. Lemon Juice
3 T. White Wine Vinegar
2 T. Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Combine all of the ingredients and then chill overnight. Serve cold garnished with basil.
