One large chopped clams
1/2 sm white onion
1 stick of butter
1/2 cup heavy cream or 1/2 and l/2
1 large garlic bulb chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
Fresh parsley, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions in butter and oil until soft add garlic.Add 2 tlbs flour to make rue.
drain clams and reserve 1/4 cup liquid
add clams to onions and garlic.
put in reserve liquid and 1/2 cup heavy cream
Serve over noodles.
