1 cake compressed yeast
1 cup luke warm milk
3 cups flour
1 tsp salt
4 tbs sugar
3/4 cup shortening
1 egg beaten
2 tbls Cinnamon.

Directions:
Directions:
Cut shortening into flour and dry ingredients. Beat egg into milk and yeast mixture than mix all together well. Put in large bowl and cover with wet cloth. Place in refrigerator and let rise about 2 hours. Spoon out and roll in cinnamon & sugar & twist.
Place on cookie sheet Let raise again
Bake at 365 for 15 minutes or so.
