3 eggs beaten well
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cold water
1 tsp vanilla
1 c. cake flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Add sugar and water to the beaten eggs. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Add vanilla. Place in greased cake pan. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes. Turn out cake on a tea towel and spread with jelly (any kind) and roll cake. Can be frosted when cooled.
