2 cups freshly made bread crumbs
1 onion chopped fine
2 eggs
2 lb ground beef 92% fat free
2 T Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp greshly ground pepper
3/4 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Butter a loaf pan or use a nostick pan or a baking tray. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, (your freshly washed hands are the best tools for the job.) Pat into the loaf pan and bake for about 1 hour.
