1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
6 Tbsp cream or coffee rich
3 Tbsp dark karo syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix well and let come to a boil. Pour into pan and place cinnamon rolls on top. Let rise and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until done. Walnuts or pecans may be added. Can be frozen and warmed when needed.
