1 whole chicken breast, skinned and boneless cut into small chunks 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms 1/2 cup chicken broth 1/2 dry white wine 2 T Kikoman soy sauce 2 T lemon juice 1 fresh tomatoe and diced green onion.beef steak tomato diced 2 green onions diced 1 clove garlic chrushed 1 cup flour 2 T olive oil
Heat large fry pan, add olive oil, flour chicken chunks, brown chunks on one side,turn over, add sliced mushrooms, brown, add chicken broth, white wine, lemon juice, and soy sauce. If sauce does not thicken enough, add a bit more flour. After sauce thickens, add diced.tomato and green onion, do not cook last addition. Serve over rice.
