6 to 8 large potatoes
2 cloves garlic, pressed
8 slices onion, finely sliced
1 pint heavy cream
nutmeg, grated
salt and white pepper
butter

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and slice potatoes into 1/8 to 1/4 inch slices. Butter oven proof dish. Sprinkle with a little bit of garlic. Layer with potatoes 2 deep. Salt pepper, and grated nutmeg. A few onions, little bit of garlic, salt and pepper. Cover with cream.

Cook 325 30-40 minutes
