11 c zucchini squash
4 c onions
5 tbsp. salt
2 1/2 c vinegar
6 c sugar
1 tbsp. nutmeg
1 tbsp dry mustard
1 tbsp turmeric
1 tbsp corn starch.
2 tsp celery seed
1 red pepper(chopped)
1 green pepper (chopped0
1/2 tsp black pepper.

Wash but don't peel zucchini; cut lengthwise and scrape seeds out. Grind onions and zucchini; add salt; let stand overnight. Drain. Rinse in cold water, drain well. Bring to a boil the rest of ingredients(vinegar and spices) then add squash and onions, boil for 30 minutes and fill sterilized jars and seal.
