3 eggs
1 cup honey
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup oil (mayola
1 tsp salt
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
3 1/2 tsp cinn.
2 cups whole wheat flour
1/4 cup wheat germ
1/4 cup bran
2 cups grated zucchini unpeeled
3/4 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup raisins

Beat eggs & honey together, Stir in vanilla & oil
Combine dry ingredients and add to first mixture beating well
Stir in zucchini, nuts & raisins
Pour into 2 greased loaf pans and bake @ 325 for 1 hour & 20 minutes
cool in pan before serving.
