1 large flank steak - per 4 people
Dressing - whatever

Directions:
Directions:
Score steak or pound with meat mallet
Spread dressing over steak
Roll and tie with string
Put pat of butter over top
Bake about 1 hour in oven 325 to 350
Do not overbake as steak will become dry
