2 lg ripe West Pak Avocados
1/4 c. cilantro, chopped
1 c. onion, finely chopped
1/4 c. tomato, chjopped
1 tbsp. lime juice
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Directions:

Cut avocados in half, remove seeds and scoop out fruit. In a bowl, blend all ingredients with a spoon until mixed.
