I box brown sugar (one pound)
4 eggs
2 cups flour
1 cup chopped pecans
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:

Mix together and bake in a jelly roll pan at 300 degrees for 25 minutes. Cut into squares.

Favorite cookie of our family and so easy. Lee has always liked simple foods and this has always filled the bill as simple and easy. I do leave out the nuts most of the times and we compare it to a cookie at Colin Street Bakery that is everyone's favorite.
