1 lb of ground beef 1 med onion minced 1 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 1 tsp dry mustard 1/4 tsp poultry seasoning 1/3 cut minute rice 2 cups tomato juice
Mix all ingredients except tomato juice with 1/2 cup water. Form into 8 balls & brown lightly in heavy kettle. Add tomato juice and cover and simmer about 1 1/2 hours. Adding a little water if necessary.
