1 cup brown sugar (packed)
1/2 cup salted butter
1 egg unbeaten
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup raisins
3/4 cup crushed pineapple undrained
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together, sugar 7 butter
add egg and vanilla and beat till fluffy
add raisins, and pineapple, flour, baking powder & soda & salt
mix well and add the nuts.
scoop onto pan and bake for 10 to 15 minutes at 375.
