German Chocolate Cake Mix
1c. Chocolate Chips
1 jar Mrs.. Richards caramel butterscotch topping
1 can sweeten condensed milk
1 12 oz Cool Whip
Crushed Heath chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake as directed on box
Bake for 10 minutes at temperature on cake box
Sprinkle Chocolate Chips on cake and bake for additional 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Poke holes in cake with end of wooden spoon
Pour butterscotch topping over cake
Pour Condensed milk over cake
Cool completely
Spread Cool Whip over Cake
Sprinkle Heath Chips on Top and Serve
