1 cup Butter
1 cup Sugar
1 tbsp milk
1tsp vanilla or rum extract
2 1/2 cup's sifter all purpose flour
3/4 cup finely chopped red and green candied cherries
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
3/4 cup flaked coconut
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter & sugar, blend in milk and vanilla. Stir in flour, cherries and nuts. Form 2 rolls, each 2 inch in diameter and 8 inches long. Roll in coconut. Wrap 7 chill overnight. Slice 1/4 inch thick place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake @ 375 for 12 minutes or till edges are golden brown.
