1 small pkg lemon jello
1 cup boiling water
1 cup pineapple juice
1 8oz. cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 can milnut milk
1 stick plus 2 Tbl butter
2 cups graham cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in water. Add pineapple juice. Let stand until thickens. Mix together cream cheese and sugar until creamy. Set aside. Whip milnut mild until forms stiff peaks. Add cream cheese mixture and jello mixture to milnut mild and stir until mixed well. Melt butter in microwave safe dish and mix with graham cracker crumbs. Press all but 1/2 cup into bottom of 9x13" pan. Pour mixture onto crest sprinkle the remaining crumb mixture on top. Refrigerate at least 4 hours.
