12 eggs (beaten) 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 C orange juice 1/2 - 1 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp grated nutmeg confectioners sugar maple syrup
1 large loaf of sourdough bread - 1" slices
Heat oil over medium heat Mix ingredients together, except bread. Coat each slice of bread with the mixture Fry about 1-2 minutes on each side (until egg is cooked) remove from oil, sprinkle with confectioners sugars. Serve immediately
