10 white castle hamburgers, pickles removed
1 1/2 c. celery, diced
1 1/4 tsp. ground thyme
1 1/2 tsp. ground sage
3/4 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
1/4 c. chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, tear hamburgers into pieces and add diced celery, thyme, sage, and black pepper; stir to combine. Add chicken broth and stir just until moistened. Just before roasting, stuff cavity of turkey (enough for 10 lb. turkey) and roast according to package directions. Or place stuffing in buttered casserole dish and bake at 350º for 1 hour.
