5 # boneless roast (chuck)
2 beef bouillon cubes dissolved in 2 cups water
2 tsp. anise
2 tsp. fennel
2 tsp. sesame
2 tsp. oregano
7-8 pepperoncini peppers (in jar)
(I use only1 tsp. of each seasoning)

Cook in crockpot. Cook on high for 2 hours, then cook on low for a total of 24 hours. After 6-8 hours, take roast out, cut off fat. After roast cooks for about 6 hours, start pulling roast apart. Should be shredded when ready to eat.
