2 sticks butter
2 4oz cans mushrooms drained (save juice)
1 chopped green pepper
1 cup flour
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup mushroom juice
2 cans chicken broth (3 1/2 cups)
3 cups light cream (half & half)
1 cup frozen peas
4 cups cooked chicken

Directions:
Directions:
Saute butter with mushrooms and green pepper for 5 minutes, add salt and pepper and flour. Saute until bubbly. Remove from heat. Add liquids one at a time, constantly stirring. Return to low to medium heat, add peas and stir until thick. Add chicken, cook until thoroughly heated.
