1 Stick of Butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 to 2/3 c. of peanut butter (to liking)
3 c. quick oats (not instant)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in saucepan. Add sugar, vanilla, and milk and stir until sugar is almost dissolved then add cocoa stirring constantly until smooth. Bring to a rolling boil for about 2 minutes. Remove from heat and quickly add peanut butter until dissolved and then oats. Mix well and drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper. Place in refrigerator until hardened.
