1 (4 lb.) roasting chicken
2 tbs. honey
2 tbs. soy sauce
1 tsp. grated fresh ginger
2 garlic cloves, quartered
1 orange, sliced
1 tbs. cornstarch
2 tbs. dry sherry or orange juice

Directions:
Directions:
In small bowl combine honey, soy sauce & ginger. Mix well. Place garlic & 2 orange slices inside chicken cavity. Spray slowcooker with cooking spray. Place chicken in cooker. Brush with honey mixture. Cover & cook 6 to 8 hours. Remove chicken, cover with foil. In small saucepan combine cornstarch & sherry. Blend well, add to juices in cooker. Turn to high & heat until boiling & thick. Brush sauce over chicken.
Serves 4-6
