6 vine ripe tomatoes
6 oz. Brie cheese
1 cup fresh basil leaves
3 garlic cloves
1/2 cup olive oil
salt & pepper
Parm. cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cut tomatoes and Brie into bite size pieces. Cut basil into strips. Mince garlic. Add oil, salt & pepper. Mix well, cover & set on counter to marinade. Stir occasionally.
Cook pasta, top with parm. cheese & marinate. Mix well

Sometimes I add the mixture to the microwave and barely warm so the Brie melts. Great recipe for garden tomatoes and basil.
