Ham steak (thickly sliced) to serve 6
Honey mustard sauce
1 tbs. honey
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. fresh grated ginger
1/2 c. chopped fresh peaches
1/4 c. finely chopped celery
3 tbs. orange juice
1 tsp. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Salsa:
Stir together honey, & cornstarch, ginger in small saucepan, mix well. Stir in peaches, celery, orange juice & lemon juice. Cook and stir until thickened & bubbly. Cook & stir 2 min. more. Place into bowl, cover & refrig. until ready to use. Spread ham steak with honey mustard sauce. Grill, bake, or broil until heated through. Slice & top with salsa
