1 to 2 lbs beef stew meat or pot roast cut up
1 onion diced
2 cups diced potatoes
1 to 2 cups diced carrots
1/2 C diced celery
1/2 to 3/4 C sherry
1 C sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat with onions and drain off fat. Add sherry and simmer until meat is tender. Add potatoes and carrots and cook until tender - add water as needed until tender. Add sour cream slowly until all is added and heated through. Season to taste.
