1 C Yellow Cornmeal
1 C Sifted Flour
3 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt
1/4 C Sugar
1 C Milk
1/4 C melted butter
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together. Beat milk, melted butter and egg together and add to dry ingredients. Pour into 9 inch square pan and bake at 425 for 20 to 25 minutes.
