onion
garlic
water/stock/bouillon
salt,pepper,spices

Directions:
Directions:
Cut potatoes,onion, carrots
Place in pan or crock pot with roast
Cut a few holes in roast and stuff a peeled garlic clove in hole (only a few)
add liquid and spices
