2 lbs sausage uncooked
1 1/2 cup all purpose baking/biscuit mix (Bisquik)
16 oz sharp cheddar cheese (4 cups shredded)
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 t garlic powder


Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375F.
Shred cheese and mix all ingredients. Form into 1" balls. Bake 15 minutes until golden brown. Makes about 6 dozen. Sausage balls can be frozen uncooked.
