2 packages frozen broccoli spears
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 cup herb seasoned stuffing mix
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. cook the broccoli according to directions. Drain well and cut into bite size pieces. Arrange evenly in an 8 by 8 baking pan. In a med bowl, whisk together the soup and lemon juice. Pour over the broccoli. Melt the butter in a small saucepan. Add the stuffing mix and toss to coat with the butter. Sprinkle on top of the broccoli and soup. Bake for 20 to 30 min, or until heated through. Sprinkle with the cheddar.
