4 potatoes, sliced thinly
4 carrots, sliced thinly
1 onion
1 1/2 lbs. ground round
1 can tomato soup
1 can cheddar cheese soup
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Pan cook potatoes and carrots. Brown and cook onions with meat. Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 for between 30 minutes and 1 and 1/2 hours. Cover with foil.
