1/2 medium onion, diced
1lb. ground round
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 T. Worchestershire Sauce
2 T. ketchup or chili sauce
2 T. flour
1 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
2 eggs, slightly beaten
paprika
chopped parsley
fresh mushrooms, chopped
10" pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Bake pie shell for 10 minutes before adding meat to avoid sogginess. Cook onion and beef about 5 minutes, breaking apart with fork. Add mushrooms. Add salt, pepper, sauce, ketchup and flour. Turn meat mixture into pie shell. Now blend together cottage cheese, sour cream and eggs. Pour over mixture in the shell. Bake at 350º for 30-40 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
