4 c. Flour
2 2/3 T. Baking Powder
1 t. Salt
1 t. Cinnamon
1 c. Vegetable Oil
2 2/3 c. Sugar
4 Eggs
2 c. Pumpkin
˝ c. Milk

Directions:
Mix wet ingredients and sift in dry ingredients…stir. Spoon batter into lined muffin tins and bake at 350˚ for 20 minutes.
