3 c. Water
1 c. Onions, diced
1 c. Carrots, diced
1 c. Celery, diced
2 c. Potatoes, diced
1 ½ c. Chicken, diced (cook breast)
½ c. Butter
2 ½ T. Chicken Bullion
1 quart Half & Half
½ c. Flour
1 quart Milk
¼ t. Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot add water, onions, carrots, celery and potatoes and cook until tender. Melt butter in another pan and stir in bullion. Slowly add flour and cook, will be thick. Slowly add half & half to flour mixture like gravy. Add milk, chicken, and pepper to vegetables. Put everything together and stir. Once everything is heated remove from heat so it doesn’t burn.
