1 can cream corn
1 well beaten egg
1 cup, plus 1/4 cup milk
1 cup cracker crumbs
1 cup spicy ground sausage cooked and drained
3/4 tsp salt
1 can drained oyster pieces
Directions:
Directions:
Butter casserole dish
mix all ingredients
top with cracker crumbs and dot with lots of butter
Bake @ 350 for 1 hour
