2 lbs of ham sliced 1/2 inch thick
drain a can of sliced pineapple, reserve 1 cup of juice, alternate ham and pineapple slices in shallow casserole
Melt in sauce pan
2 tbsp butter, blend in
2 tbsp flour
Combine'
3 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
3 1/2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp prepared mustard
2 tbsp tomato sauce or ketchup
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cup pineapple juice

Gradually blend into flour mixture, cook until slightly thickened, pour sauce over ham and pineapple
Bake @350 for 1 hour, baste often with sauce
