1/2 c. butter
1 1/4 c. sugar
4 Tbs. sour cream
2 eggs
1 c. mashed bananas
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add sour cream and eggs. When well mixed, add bananas and vanilla.

Add dry ingredients. Mix well. Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan.

Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.

If i have bananas that are getting too ripe, I freeze them and usually do about 4 while my kitchen is messed up. Also I put a little brown sugar glaze on top.
