2 c. sugar
2 s. sour milk
1 box mincemeat (rolled in flour)
1 c. cooked raisins (rolled in flour)
1 c. cooked prunes (rolled in flour)
1/2 c. butter
2 tsp. baking soda
4 1/2 c. flour
2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients, folding floured fruit in at the last. Pour into a greased and floured tube pan.

Bake for 1 hour at 350º.

I make three of these cakes then put them in the freezer. I use one each Christmas. The third one is even better than the first.
