1 lb. Butter
2 cups Sugar
6 eggs
1 lb. Candied Pineapple
2 tsp. Vanilla
1 tsp. Baking Powder
3 Cups Flour (All-Purpose)
1 lb. Pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla to mix.

Mix baking powder with 2 cups of the flour and add to mix. Mix 1 cup of the flour with the pecans.

Add candied fruit to the mix. Add remaining flour and pecans to the mix and stir well.

Bake in grease tube pan at 250º for approximately 2 1/2 - 3 hours.
