6-7 potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 small chopped onion or onion flakes(optional)
8 ounces of cream cheese
1/2 stick of butter
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can of Cream of Celery Soup
11/2 cups of milk.
Toppings of your choice.

Cover the potatoes and onions with water and cook until tender.(Don't drain)

When tender, add 8 ounces of cream cheese, cubed. Stir until creamy. Add 1/2 stick of butter, 1 tsp. garlic salt, 1 can of Cream of Mushroom soup, 1 can of Cream of Celery soup and 1 1/2 cups of milk. Cook a little longer.

You may serve it with shredded cheese, bacon bits, etc. on top.
