6 c white sugar
1 ½ c Parkay margarine
2 cans (5 oz. each) evaporated milk (1 1/3 c)
2 pkg. (12 oz. each) semi-sweet chocolate chips
13 oz jar Marshmallow Cream (Kraft)
2 c chopped nuts
2 t vanilla

Lightly grease 2 (13x9-inch) or 3(9-inch square) pans. Mix margarine, sugar and milk in heavy 4 to 5-quart saucepan; bring to full rolling boil on medium heat; stirring constantly. Continue boiling 5 minutes on medium heat or until candy thermometer reaches 234o F, stirring constantly to prevent scorching. Remove from heat. Gradually stir in chips until melted. Add remaining ingredients; mix until well blended. Pour into prepared pans. Cool at room temperature. Cut into squares.
