Frozen Broccoli
Velveeta
Ritz Crackers
Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Add one stick of butter or margarine in cooking dish that will be used for the casserole. Place in a 350 oven and allow butter to melt.

Cook desired amount of broccoli using directions on its package. Drain completely. Add desired amount of chopped Velveeta to broccoli and allow the cheese to melt.

Crush one tube of Ritz crackers and stir in melted butter to create cracker topping.

Pour broccoli mixture into casserole dish and top with the cracker topping. Bake at 350 for 15 - 20 minutes.
