1 box Jello sugar free
2 diced Granny Smith apples
1/2 C. diced celery
1/2 C grapes
1/2 C. pecans (optional)
8 oz. cottage cheese (Lowfat)

Using your favorite Jello, chill but do not let set. Add other ingredients. Finish chilling.
