3 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups shortening
1 egg
5 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Blend dry ingredients with shortening add egg & liquids, form into roll wrap in wax paper, store in refigerator. Take off as much as needed. Warm to room temperature roll on heavily floured board bake as usual this makes enough for 3 pies
