8 Chicken Breasts, skinless
1.5 lb. onions
8 oz. chili peppers, mild, diced
4 T. Butter
4 cans white northern beans
1 cup salsa
4 cups chicken broth
1 T. +1/2 tsp. Red Pepper, ground (only 2 tsp. if you want the chili to be mild)
2 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 T. + 1 tsp. Cumin
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. parsley
2 T. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken until done.Remove chicken and save 4 cups of broth. Cut chicken into 1-inch cubes.

Saute onions and peppers in butter until tender. Add chicken and stir until warm through. Put into large pan.

Add remaining ingredients including broth. Stir and simmer about 30 min. on low heat.
