1 Gallon cucumbers sliced thin
4 small sweet peppers sliced in rings
8 medium onions sliced in rings
1/2 cup salt
5 cups sugar
5 cups vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons tumeric
2 Tablespoons mustard seed
1 teaspoon whole cloves
1 teaspoon celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cucumbers, pepper & onions with salt cover with ice & let stand 3 hours. Mix syrup-consisting of the sugar and vinegar,spices until sugar dissolve, Drain cucumbers well & pour into syrup mixture let get hot and can.
