12 ears corn
1 small head of cabbage
3 red sweet peppers
3 green sweet peppers
2 cups celery
2 cups onions
1 quart vinegar
1 cup sugar
2 Tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons dry mustard
1 pod hot pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Chop all vegetables except corn. Drop ears of corn in boiling water for 10 minutes let simmer, remove to cold water. When cold drain well and cut corn from cob (don not scrape cob) Mis all ingredients except corn & mustard boil for 15 minutes. Mix mustard with 1/2 cup cold water, add to corn, add to first mixture & boil 5 minutes. Pour in hot sterilized jars and seal. Store in cool place.
