5 cups sugar
3 cups water
1 package (3 oz.) flavored gelatin
1 can (46 oz.) pineapple juice
1 can (46 oz.) water
Ginger ale or lemon lime soda

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar and water; bring to a boil and cook 5-7 minutes. Dissolve gelatin in boiling sugar syrup; add pineapple juice and water. Freeze.

To serve, chop frozen slush concentrate and top with ginger ale or lemon-lime soda.
